I quit smoking weed

Some things that helped me.

1. Quit hanging around bums. Find happy successful people.
2. Write down pros/cons. Refer to it often. See clearly what weed is costing you.
3. Have goals, aspirations and a purpose. Strive towards something that will benefit you and spend all your energy getting towards that.
4. Read not weed. Become knowledgeable about what you’re interested in.
5. Meditate. Instead of numbing the mind with drugs, sort things out for your self and find out whats really going on inside your head.
6. Get together. Sort out your life, emotions and beliefs. Read self help books if you need to. Get audio programs. Start taking action in life. Stop running on autopilot.
