For 5 years, I have been ex-marijuana addict. It was very difficult for me to stop smoking marijuana.
It seemed impossible to quit smoking weed but now looking back, I know it is 100% possible to be 100% free from marijuana addiction.
…Looking back, one of the BIGGEST things that helped me overcome my weed addiction was because I knew my “inner why”.
I knew my CORE REASON on why I wanted to quit.
…While a lot of people focus on “how to” do this and how to do that, I think it is MORE IMPORTANT for you to find out “WHY” you want to change.
Once you find out your WHY, you will have the motivation and determination to take action on the “HOW-TO’S”.
…That’s why a lot of marijuana addicts do not change until they finally have a deep-core reason on why they want to change.
…If you do not have a strong enough why, you will have a very difficult time changing.
But once you find your CORE REASON, then it will help you move forward for big change.
I want you to take some time and write down your CORE-REASON (your “inner why”) and write it down on a piece of paper.
Then, I want you to paste it in front of your room so you can read it every single day. You want to continually remind yourself.
This will help you really motivate and propel you to move foward to REAL CHANGE.
And, yes you can change! Yes, you can quit smoking marijuana forever!
