I recently got charges for it and they drug test me, i havent been clean and i really dont wanna go to jail. Is there an easier way to stop smoking ?

if you want to really stop (like i have done) it is possible
but if you want to just keep clean til you are out of trouble that’s a situation I have NO ADVICE ON
to quit "weed" drugs smoking you have to really want to doing it for people , and sometime health wont really work
changing the way you live is key new hobbies, new non using people and actually cutting out anyone who wont assist or at least support your change
if you dont start like this success grows small
now get rid of ALL those resources the stash, those hidden hard time sources, and dont give it away THROW it away the hurt of the lost help with separation, replace the fix with other things tooth pick to chew on to a mint or candy, a craving , means you need to exzert enegry and quickly a short sprint can knock it out usually .
and if there were times that you used on a regular make plans to do something else in advance druing those times and dont be in places you used if possibal during those times
becarefulwith incence becaused they were most time used as cover they can trigger thoughts and urges so use plug ins or oils in burner just stay away from what ever cover ups you used in the past
change tooth brush and eat salads
if you are a christian and believe innthe power of prayer that will be a Great help as well but it is work If you are serious you can susceed

Traditionally, stop smoking adds have been focused around the health issues that come with the addiction. This message does not really work due to a here and now mentality. (Most smokers won’t feel the pain of their addiction until it’s too late.)

I suggest focusing on how life can improve through quitting and that life is in fact much, much better when you stop.
Do some research and you will find plenty facts to use that support the above. Most if not all smokers at some point believe that they will always be miserable if they quit.

There are now MORE ex smokers then smokers in the UK, USA and Australia.
Tens of millions have successfully quit and won’t ever go back.

I would strongly recommend NOT switching to an anti depressant. You can find marijuana that will give you more of a body high so you feel good without really getting mentally high so you can learn and study easier. Also you could cut down a bit, smoke only enough. If you have a prescription to medical marijuana you could ask a person at your local dispensary about weed that is for more of a body high.

However, in order to help him you must keep him distracted and preoccupied, especially when the time comes around that you know he’ll want to smoke. Keep him away from that environment. Do this in a friendly manner and not forceful. He will most likely be agitated when he cannot smoke.
