ok……all my friends smoke….and eventually i started also……i am not yet addicted to it…..but since i started every one looks at me differently…..like i am a more worthy person……but i rly have some doubts about smoking…..so im thinking to stop doing so…….now, apart from death and cancer, give me three good reasons to stop smoking
ok…i know this sounds so immature and stupid but……..it makes me look SO COOL…. Dx

how can i stop smoking cigarrettes without gaining alot of weight?
I tried to stop smoking for years.I prayed and asked the Lord to help me and he did give me the power to quit.Praise God!For about 6 months I would say out loud"I am a non smoker in the name of Jesus"even when I was still smoking.One day I threw my ciggarettes out the car window and that was it.
When I wanted a ciggarette,which seemed like every 5 minutes I would eat a popsickle or low fat pop corn and drink lots of water.it gets the poison out of your system quicker.
Good Luck,I will pray the Lord gives you strenghth and you don’t gain a pound.
