White rice,salt,sugar: polished rice (without bran) also loses all the vitamins, minerals and causes acidity in our metabolism. right alternative is natural,branned rice.
White sugar: and its derivatives like chocolates,ice- creams,puddings,cakes,etc. are subject to many chemical applications till they become refined and granulated and increase acidty.We can obtain sugar from legumes ,cereals, fruits, vegetables and dairy products naturally. Ready made vinegars,tomato pastes,soups,puddings,pickles,tinned vegetables: also cause acidty and we must try to produce them at home as well with simple methods. Margarines,refined edible oils:are also unnatural because of the refining processes(bleaching,deodorising, degumming,etc.).Best alternative is cold pressed olive oil or eating oil seeds like sesame,coconut,groundnut or nuts like hazelnuts,peanuts,walnuts to satisfy our limited amount of daily oil need.Butter is not also good because of its saturated oil content. Avocado or peanut butter are the best alternatives of them. Tea,coffee and all kinds of alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks increases the acidty so we must prefer natural mineral water,herbal teas like linden,rosehip,etc. or fresh fruit juices . Our protein intake can be obtained from meat,poultry,fish but the best way is to prefer lite dairy products or soybeans which is the only legume that can stand alone as a complete protein because too much consumption of animal products make our body tired because they contain no fiber and cause acidty.
After passing to natural nutrition we must quit smoking very slowly.Firstly you must determine a base amount.E.G.You must smoke everyday 15 cigarettes(or 20) for a week. After that you will decrease the number always one by one.E.G. next week everyday you will smoke 14 cigarettes.Quiting cigarette is also hard psychologically therefore you must be very patient and let your body adapt to the new amount both physically and psychologically and try to avoid yourself being effected from the side effects of quitting smoking .So each week by decreasing you can come to your last cigarette and then you begin to smoke 1 in 2 weeks then,1 cigarette in one month and then you can quit completely.You must not forget that after this period of 3-4 month quiting process you will gain 10 years added to your life .

Smoking - More Expensive Than You Think?
Are you a smoker? Have you ever tried to give up the habit? The chances are that you have, but like any addiction it can be (and usually is) extremely difficult to stop, and even attempts to cut down rarely last very long. Part of the problem is that smoking can be very enjoyable, but only too often something can turn up which will instantly remove the enjoyment. Unfortunately that ’something’ will very often be loss of health.
The insurance industry is well aware of this fact, so not surprisingly they try to ensure that they do not lose money by covering high risk customers at low risk rates. At the same time non-smoking customers for life insurance have been piling on the pressure in their search for lower premiums. This is where the internet comes into the picture.
It used to be the case that at best, anyone looking for competitive quotations for life insurance had to be prepared to spend a lot of time searching adverts and telephone directories for likely companies. They also had to be prepared to spend a lot of time on the telephone collecting information, and then to settle down to long and careful comparisons, covering bits of paper in confusing and often indecipherable notes.
But all that has changed. Now all they have to do is go online and check out as many companies as they wish. They will find information which is very carefully presented for maximum clarity, because a confused enquirer is highly unlikely to become a customer. It is now so easy to reach a decision that a ‘price war’ has developed and some very competitive quotations are available. This competition has however had an inevitable effect in that insurance companies have had to tighten up their procedures or risk losing money on the narrower margins.

It is reasonably self-evident that this too will be a great deal more expensive for smokers, simply due to their greater propensity for such illnesses as a result of their addiction.
So do you dig your heels in and continue to enjoy smoking, or do you give way to the financial pressure (not to mention the widespread anti-smoker climate) and give up the habit. The sad news is that even if you grit your teeth and stop smoking, as far as the insurance companies are concerned you are not out of the woods (or the Woodbines) for at least 12 months or maybe much longer. Some may require complete cessation for at least five years - contact your intended insurers after 12 months completely smoking free and see how the premiums look now. A considerable cost reduction should be evident.
Some folks cheat themselves and their friends by claiming to have stopped smoking when they are still sneaking the odd one in dark corners. This is up to the individual, but don’t try it with your insurers; it would not be difficult for a relatively low-key enquiry to expose the lie and your cover (in both meanings of the word!) would be blown. All the effort, the subterfuge, the self-deceiving would have been wasted. You would not be insured.
Right, you have made the praiseworthy and not inconsiderable effort and you are now a non-smoker. You can feel some justifiable pride as you tick the ‘NO’ box on a form with a smoking query. Now take advantage of your position, get on the internet and shop around for insurance quotes. You may be pleasantly surprised by some of the offers which you get, but don’t let your euphoria get the better of you. A move too soon, before everything has been confirmed, could leave you with a cancelled policy with your old company and an oversight leading to rejection by your new company; result no cover. Check the details carefully, finalise all the figures and then change to your new insurer.
Finally, don’t let those savings in expenditure just melt away. Add the money saved on cigarette purchases to the money saved on reduced premiums and invest it, and just watch that total climb!

I feel a lot better now that I don’t smoke. Sure, I still use tobacco, but it isn’t the nasty stuff they sell here in America.
My health has improved. I can hike faster and longer. My lungs are stronger and I can smell things much better. My skin is glowing and hair and nails are better than when I was smoking. My teeth are whiter and I can also taste food much better.

I am looking into producing my own brand of snus as my family in wisconsin sells our blue ribbon tobacco to japan, cuba and mostly swedish match. All we have to do now is learn the process of making a good snus and keep the same standards as the swedish have for their tobacco. I’m sure it will be a big battle with big tobacco once we are up and running. That will make good video as well.

How can i stop smoking marijuana?
I've been smoking for years, and years now. I am trying to stop but, it seems like the more i say that, the more i smoke. I work all day, and handle my business properly, ( and no i do not smoke at work), but when i get home i always need to light one up just to relax from a hard days labor, and from the crazy corrupted world that we live in today. I have quit smoking when the time was always neccessary, but at a time when i really wanna quit, it seems to be that i can't. Could someone give me some advice.

Marijuana is an addictive substance and dont let anyone make you think otherwise. I was addicted to pot for 10 yrs straight. Day in and day out.
